I have booked 2 ticketsonline on[protected] to travel on[protected] at 8.30 p.m from Mysuru to Thrissur. I got email message hours before that the trip is cancelled. I have written letter to refund the amount on 21 st January and again on 3rd February. No response from KSRTC. PNR Number : J47886968 Trip code: 1500BNGTRC Amount 1356.00 Date of Journey[protected].
