I had raised for the refund of an amount of Rs.674 as on 10th Feb and it's been 48 days and the amount has not been refunded yet even after frequently calling the customer care office. They had informed me to reach out to accounts department whose number was not reachable at all till date. Can you help me refund if this amount OBR number - OB14710875.
