[Resolved] KSRTC — Refund for failed transaction | |||
I've made transaction of Rs 1571 on 5th of September which was un-successful & amount has been debited from my bank account. Could you Pls refund the same. Details are as below Bijapur to Bangalore OB-number[protected] date of transaction- 5/9/2014 I have called customer care around 1000 times, only 2 times I was lucky to speak to Cust care executive. They had promised amount will be refunded within 7 working days, so far no update on this. It is so irresponsible organization & hopeless customer care support. Was this information helpful? | |||

If refund or communication is not received, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 283,[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
You are requested 'Not to share your online banking / Credit card / Debit card details to any person from any organization'. If any assistance please mail to [protected]@ksrtc.org/[protected]@ksrtc.org.
