Refund of amount on Transaction Failure I tried to book a ticket from Chennai to Bangalore twice on 17th December, 2014 for 4th jan, 2015 the amount of 786 was deducted both times and the ticket wasn't booked even once I want to know when can I expect my 786*2=1572 back Passenger detail : Shalini Chhabra no given : [protected] email ID used in booking :shalini.[protected]@gmail.com HDFC NET BANKING USED

If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
