Dear Concerned, I have cancelled two tickets on 19-Jan-2015, with the details as given below in my registered login Id - [protected]@gmail.com, but still i have received my refund, so i have sent multiple E-mails to Accounts Department @ [protected]@ksrtc.org with no response, i have even tried calling the numbers[protected] and[protected] but no one is there pick the phone, so i request you to please do the needful to get my refund as early as possible PNR Number - J47635804 & J47636171 Regards, Infant Vino [protected]

Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] Customer Care's response Sir, Your tickets are already cancelled and you will get refund within seven-ten working days. If refund is not received within seven days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
