[Resolved]  KSRTC — rude behaviour of conductor. misuse of another passenger ticket. pocketing money

Dear Sir, Today (24.12.2014) I boarded a KSRTC Bus at PunjaiPuliampatti around 8.25 p.m. to go to Coimbatore. I told the conductor that I have to go to Saravanampatti. After a few passengers getting down from the bus, I boarded along with another passenger. The conductor asked me to give Rs.38/- I told him that it is only Rs.26 or Rs.27 the actual fare and also I am a regular traveller. He did not accept my words. He showed me the ticket amount of Rs.38/- from the machine and demanded me Rs.30/-. I paid the money and asked for the ticket. He told that the reserved ticket of 4 passengers is handed over to the another passenger and I can travel on that ticket. I did not accept. Then he handed over the same ticket from the copassenger and asked me to keep. Again I argued with him that I should have been told at the time of boarding this PunjaiPuliampatti is not the stage to board. He is not accepting and asked me to get down the bus. I accepted his word and demanded for the refund. He gave me Rs.20/- keeping Rs.10/- for travelling some distance and asked me to get down. I demanded Rs.30/-. After some debate he refunded me Rs.30/- and I got down at a place where from both sides of nearly 1 km there is no bus stop. He scolded me after getting down. This is my bitter experience with Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation. I request the Corporation to take this note for posting a conductor who works for Corporation and do not pocket money in this way without issuing ticket.
