[Resolved] KSRTC — Seat confirmation | |||
I am, Anandakumar, booked a ticket in SUPERIA to chennai on 20th Dec. 2014, from bangalore. The departure time of the booked bus was 09..59 in the morning from Shanti Nagar, Bangalore. After booking the ticket I did not get any SMS or mail confirmation from KSRTC, but deducted an amount of Rs.667/- from my account. I traveled in same bus and try to convince the conductor with my phone Number and Photo ID. According to him, I have to carry an SMS or mail print out to prove the seat Number and PNR. Number. The conductor also called his superior and confirm that, I can not travel in this bus without proper document and I had to take a fresh ticket in the bus and the image of the ticket attached.The number of the bus is KA 57F 355 and the contact number of the conductor is [protected]. It was my second incident in the same day in that also the amount has been debited from account but not creditted to KSRTC. The date of Booking was 19th dec.2014 at 21.26 and the OB No.is OB14093514.
