[Resolved] KSRTC — TICKET NOT PROVIDED BUT MONEY DEDUCTED | |||
On 17.12.2014, online, I wanted to book the ticket from Belgaum to Bangalore by AC 2 Sleeper and the money was deducted but the ticket neither came in the mobile nor in the screen. My phone no. is[protected] and e-mail address is ray.[protected]@rediffmail.com. Twice I was failure because bank online was not sending SMS message for transacting the ticket and deducting money online. Was this information helpful? | |||

Your ticket is not booked and we have forwarded your request to Account section of KSRTC for verification and making refund, if KSRTC has been credited with this amount.
If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
