KSRTC — Toilet personnel demanding money

Dear sir, It’s really disappointing thing at the Majestic KSRTC Terminal 3 Toilets. When i went to the Public Toilet in the Bangalore KSRTC Majestic Terminal 3 Bus stand, The Toilet Maintenance Personnel sitting out side demanding 5 Rs for Urinal and Latrine, While it has been clearly mention that Urinals are Free.When asked they simply say we need to clean the Toilets so u must pay or get out, when i said that i will complain, they are showing deaf ears and saying do what ever you can. I came to the bus stand at 20:32 .The Toilet personnel that caused trouble is the Toilet that is near the entrance to the depot of KSRTC. I kindly request to take action soon .
