I am Sidramapp Mundodagi from Kalaburagi, Karnataka. On 13 September 2025 at 07:57 AM, ₹399 was auto-deducted from my Axis Bank account via PhonePe for a Kuku FM subscription.
I have never subscribed to Kuku FM, and my Google Play account shows no active subscription. This deduction was unauthorized and violates digital payment norms.

3. Assurance that no future deductions will occur without explicit consent
