My father was charged for a Kuku FM subscription renewal without his knowledge due to auto-pay being enabled. He was unaware of this feature and did not intend to continue the subscription. I contacted Kuku FM support within a few days, but they responded that the 1-day refund window had passed.
As this was an unintentional charge and the subscription has not been used, I kindly request that the refund be processed as a goodwill gesture. The Kuku FM team mentioned they will respond within 3 days, but we haven’t received any confirmation yet.
This complaint is being raised due to the lack of response and unclear refund process. Requesting help in resolving this.
