[Resolved]  Kunj Motors — Cheated me and is not refunding money

I bought a honda accord from them (Manoj - owner, gagan - staff) and they charged me upfront for rc transfer but after several days when i tried to check regarding the status, initially they would not take my call and when i went to their office personally after a fews days i was told that the paperwork is still not submitted.

I told manoj to give me all the papers and refund me rs 2, 500 he didnot return the money and told be to just take the papers but even they were incomplete. I then contacted the owner and got all the paperwork completed. I managed to get the owner ship in my name at rs 1, 000 only.

Now manoj wants to have a copy of my rc. I am not comfortable of them having a copy of my rc. I told them to first refund me my money and then we will talk about it.

Now neither manoj nor gagan is answering my call. They have such a low standard and mindset and can even cheat a genuine customer of a petty amount of rs 2, 500. Such low mentality.

I have all the proof to show that they took rs 2, 500 for rc tranafer and are now not returning it. I will be filing a police complaint against kung motors for cheating me.

My advise is not to buy cars from them as they cannot be trusted.
