Kurukshetra University — complaining about m. a. economics degree

My name is shaweta garg d/o satish kumar garg. I have passed m. A. Economics from r. K. S. D. College, kaithal. I want to inform you that due to compartment in 1 subject i applied for rechecking of that subject. The rechecking result has come and i got qualified marks in 2017. My master degree not send my home address and not to college. So much calls in unversity economics department and he told to confirm your college and i confirmed my college but he told me your degree came to your address and again i am calling in university then he told me you come to university for your degree. Then i am visted to university in nov. And fill a form with id proof and other documents for degree. He told me your degree post to your home address.
But now came july and my degree not send to my address. Please send my degree earliar. I need my degree urgent
