Kurukshetra University — Degree not issued.

Sir..My name is Sachin kumar
I completed my BBA (M.B.A 5year) session[protected]. But i had reappear in 5th sem which I cleared in dec 2019.
Can you please let me know when i will recieve my original degree as i need it for abroad admission at earliest.
please review and confirm for me otherwise my visa will be rejected
i am in desperate need of my degree certificate and please help me.
i contacted college they are saying they dont know, its upto university when they send it.
