Kurukshetra University — Degree transcription yet not received till 45 days and already fees paid 5200

Dear concern team
I have applied for my degree transcription on 4th of july and fully paid fees of 5200 and the timline for this process is 30 days, but till now no updates on the application and even the contact number and mail they have provided to us is not responding neither on mail nor on phone. we call them 10 to 4 daily but no one is picking the call if they they are not responding.
