Kurukshetra University — duplicate certificate for b.ed

I have passed b. Ed (July 2016). Roll no - 1686202. Reg no: 14-ernj-158. I have applied to get duplicate certificate in october, 2018. I also paid full fees for this. But, i have not got duplicate certificate till now by post. For this reason, i am very upset. So, i request you to solve this matter as early as possible. It's very urgent.
