Kurukshetra University — Duplicate degree and dmc not issued - harassment by certificate branch

Dear sir/mam,

I applied for duplicate dmc of 8th sem and duplicate degree, and my forms
With all drafts were received by branch on 28 april 2016 by courier,
However i have tried calling the department so many times, but no one is
Bothered to pick up the phone. And even if someone picks, they speak rudely
And say it will take 4-5 monhts. I have misplaced my originals and need to
Apply for addmision in foreign university for which deadline is 20 may. I
Am facing so much mental harassment, even when i am ex - student of your
Esteemed university.

If i do not get justice even now, then i have to file a complaint and
Ubmit letters to news agencies.
