Kurukshetra University — Duplicate dmc

It is realluy disgusting that kurrkshetra university besides being such a big university is working like this. i had applied for a duplicate dmc of pre university & had come personely for it. after completing all the formalities on 12th july 2016 iwas given dairy no 12953. i requested the concerned persons to pls send the same on ASAP basis as i am the only earning member in the family & my employer DAV PUBLIC SCHOOL wants this because of which i am sitting at home for the last one month but alas no effect on them. they dont really bother. now i am trying to call them on their numbers but no one is picking up the phone.i have come from delhi & it is not easy for me to go daily to k.u. pls help me. yesterday i have come to know when i called up [protected] that my dairy no dosent exist as it has been given to someone else. really rediculous

Plz recheck my eco and eng anrwarsheet of kuk ba 1st distance result my roll no .is 2254696 sir mujhe lagta h ki mera papr shi se check nhi kiya gya kyonki muche pka pta h ki mne apna papr pura complete kiya the aasha h ki aap ese recheck karenge thank you or mujhe ye b jan na h ki dobara result kb tk aa jayega

My name is Nishu Bala reg. no.09-PCD-13865, roll no.5265036. Passed MA Hindi final in May -2018 but till now no DMC received.
Also visited two times university not supported
I enquirer from nearby post office also they demanded track no. But university not provided same and ask me to go for duplicate
I required this urgently
