Kurukshetra University — Employee of Examination Branch are not working

Respected Sir, I completed my BA fron GNKC Yamunanagar in 2007.But In my first year i got 251 marks and i applied for rechecking and i got increase of 2 marks and my total marks become 253.But it did not attached with my second year dmc, it showing 251 marks.But after many years i realised my mistakes and on 26th Feb, 2015 i submitted my second year dmc to exam branch to Mr.Amit and my reg no. is 678 on register.They told me thatwe will send t to your home and it took 1 month procedure to change your marks.But after 3 months i did not get it.I visited Exam branch twice between this time period, but Mr.Amit told me he will send it to my house.But i did not get it.
