Kurukshetra University — I haven't received my DMC

Complaint - its about 10 months when the result of BA 2nd year declared but i haven't received my DMC yet .I was passed in all the subjects and submitted my full fee. I also try to resolve this problem through there customer service no but no result . Please provide my DMC.
