Kurukshetra University — No slip generated after paying for transcripts

After i made payment of 5200/- for transcripts on 12dec 2020 through HDFC net banking but didnt get any slip of payment receipt. I am in middle of immigration process and stuck because of this. Please look into this matter asap.
