Kurukshetra University — Not added my marks of practical

my name is devender s/o shri diwan chand, and i am pass out student of BALLB, in may 2020 corona time my papar is held and my paper of A.D.R semester -8th, subject-806, practical mark is not added till now, my college geeta law college karhansh send my marks in secrecy in kuk university three time, recently in december but i not getting any update on it, please solve my problem it is getting so much time almost 2 year now in may .
