Kurukshetra University — Transcipts Not Issued even 29 days after application

I have applied for Transcripts for B.com for Futher study and enrollment in US-CPA Course

The status is showing Submit since starting and it has not been processed

I am trying on continuous basis to contact on the given numbers and nobody is picking up the call

other departments 2 or 3 times call is picked up and they given another number to call but no one picks up the call in Exam division - 1

Its very urgent for me and nobody is caring for such a serious matter and 30 days timeline seems to be like just written on the website and no body is working on transcripts issue.

i do not know what should I do. My contact details mentioned in above application number available with KUK.
