Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — Kutchina chimney dead due to motor, display, pcb problem

I bought Kutchina Chimney on[protected] from Namasvi enterprises, hyderabad. After installing the chimney the problem started motor not working, then created a ticket on 22 nd of August 2024 with CC team they said Motor problem and closed that ticket and opened another ticket for ordering motor, motor did not received but they said PCB may fix the issue, but no use. The problem remains same but they are opening multiple tickets to increase the count of resolved tickets. Now the new problem arrived it is display is flickering. I dont know what is left over to work in future and I paid around 25000 for it but no use of getting neither kutchina brand nor customer care team nor service centre nor warehouse response. My bad luck for choosing the brand Kutchina. Waste of money. The resolution might be replacing the motor and display but they are not arranging the spares.
