Not covering warranty

Kutchina chimney dead due to motor, display, pcb problem

I bought Kutchina Chimney on[protected] from Namasvi enterprises, hyderabad. After installing the chimney the problem started motor not working, then created a ticket on 22 nd of August 2024 with CC team they said Motor problem and closed that ticket and opened another ticket for ordering motor, motor did not received but they said PCB may fix the issue, but no use. We bougth the chimney on 23rd March 2024 . From 1st April we found the oil is leaking from the chimney and it suddenly stopped frequently.
We raised the complain to kuchina multiple times to replace the product as the product is newly bougth,
The customer service is worst.
2 time technical visited, They are unable to find the problem.Technical said in our house there is a problem with capacitor where as customer service team is claiming technical said there is no problem.
It is almost a month we are following up .There is no resolution and i donot see kuchina has any intention to solve.
As they already sold the product and got the money it is like customers are not important.
See of the problem can be resolved or kuchine wants to settle the problem in consumer forum

Any update please. I raised the concern on 26th .I donot get any reply.
Today a Person from Service centre Visisted. below is the feedback. 1. Oil leacking is a ok problem for them . He is asking We should mop and clean it everyday. [This is a precondition to buy a kuchina chimey ] 2. You cannot stop the chimey otherwise this will be hanged. We need to wait for 3 min to stop it.
Are you guys think we are fool who are buying the kuchina chimey with so much money.'
I am going to raise a case in consumer court again kuchina now.I understood only this language they understood

        Sir/Madam,
        I had registered a Kutchina kitchen chimney motor[protected] repair request in Kutchina customer care on 27.05.2023. In the conversation with the customer care, the customer care representative had briefed me to pay Rs. 750/- towards motor replacement/service fees whatever applicable. Accordingly, the technician visited my house on 30.05.2023 and initially demanded Rs. 1500/- directly for service fees + Rs. 350/- towards technician visiting fees. Therefore, we argued that it was not the fees we were instructed to pay for the repair/service. The technician argued that he will not even touch the gas chimney machine if the service fees of Rs. 1500/- not paid to him initially and technician visiting fees. Consequently, at that instance I called to the customer care and briefed about the occurrences with the technician, the customer care executive told me that I need not to pay any technician visiting fees as the complaint is registered for the motor repairing fee told me to pay only the applicable motor fees of Rs. 750/- only. Then, the technician contacted his senior counterpart and agreed to follow the procedure as advised by the customer care. During inspection of the gas chimney, the technician found the motor non-functional which requires replacement. The technician asked to pay Rs 375/- (half the amount towards motor replacement fees) and the rest amount (Rs. 375/-) needs to be paid after the motor gets replaced, as at that time, the spare part of the motor is not available with the company. He also told us that we will be informed once the motor parts are available.
        I was waiting for the call from him when the part will be available. One day I called customer care and enquired about the status. The customer care representative then said the same thing that the motor part is not available and once the motor part is available, I will be informed.
        Today on 06.06.2023, when I called customer care again, the story changed. Now, they are saying first that my product’s motor part is not under warranty. I need to pay fees for the technician visit. I need to pay extra charges for complaint fees. I need to pay extra fees for the motor as the fee has increased. The customer care representative behavior was not up to the standard. In this case, any customer will get angry if you persistently change your statement, it also reflects misguidance. They are now acknowledging the recorded statement over the telephone.
        The details of invoice, warranty card and other documents are hereby attached. May kindly look and do the needful. Request for proper enquiry and appropriate action.

              Hi Team,

              This to inform you that, the Brio Premium 75 chimney sold by Kutchina's dealer is a completely faulty and troublesome product. We have been facing troubles since the day of installation of this product.

              We were using an old Kutchina Chimney (Vogue) model which was used to exchange for against this new Brio chimney and adjusted in the payment. The new product was installed on 29th April 2022 but the dealer refused to give us a tax invoice initially. They handed us an informal bill of amount Rs. 23990/-.

              After repeated complaints, they gave us the tax invoice without accounting for the old chimney exchange value and gave us a bill for Rs. 18790/-. (that is, not including the exchange discount of Rs.5000/-)

              Since the installation, there has been an oil leakage problem and we have lodged multiple complaints with the customer care department. There were 5 different technicians who visited innumerable times but no one was able to completely fix the issue.

              We enquired about this product and researched online to find that several customers had faced the same issue with this BRIO chimney model. The retail stores also told us that this chimney is no longer in sale. This product is 100% defective that was sold to us and most importantly that had been done deliberately.

              Finally, the company agreed to replace our product on 4th April 2023 but only with the same BRIO PREMIUM 75 model which is known to be defective and they refused to give any warranty on the replaced product.

              They even ask us for additional payment as they refused to acknowledge the exchange amount of Rs.5000 and only referred to the tax invoice bill of Rs. 18790. We have kept the informal bill with us as proof of the total payment amount but the company does not entertain our calls anymore.

              We have tried all possible ways to file a complaint but in vain. We had a good experience with Kutchina for 10 -12 years and never expected this from them.

              The dealers are selling defective products intentionally and doing fraud with us. They are extremely rude, unprofessional, and uncooperative with us. We do not want to take a replacement of a defective product with another defective model. Also, we no longer want to waste our efforts with this unprofessional dealer/company.

              Hence, we request you to arrange full refund of Rs. 23990/- .

              Please look into this matter urgently and do the needful accordingly.

                After continuous follow up on 27th April, 2023 kutchina representative came and took 4000 thousand ruppes in advance for glass replacement and it has been nearly 1 month still no one came for replacement. Attached money advance recepit that has been taken in advance. Please look into the matter asap.

                  Inspite of several follo ups i am unable to get kutchina filter installed.
                  This has been a never ending process of getting Kuthina filter installed after having fallen prey to predatory sales through AMC renewal for 2 yrs by Sanjay Sarkar post which the quality of service and agony that I have gone through is horrible, to the extant people who come to install Kutchina filter has started recommending me to install Aquagaurd and rates...

                  Details : I bought Kutchina Kithcne Chimney Amora Premium.Siddenly on 18th April'23 the glass top of the chimney exploded and the glass piesces shattered all round. The chimney was not working at that time still the accident occurred. If at that point of time someone would have been there big accident might have happen. Kutchina is providing defective/low quality products. I called Kutchina on 19th April'23 and lodged complain but till now no one came. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.                     I've an AMC for my kitchen chimney. After making an AMC they don't bother to attend the service. I've booked for service over customer care number on 2nd February followed by reminder again on 14 th February. No one from Kutchina has contacted for attending the call. This is very sorry state of affairs going on in the service provided by a renowned company like Kutchina.

                      My Kutchina Purica RO is under AMC .
                      Still the Co / External service provider is charging for membrane .
                      In this year this is the third time the membrane is crashed and Co is asking me for additional amount for the same .
                      Me and my family with my ailing mother is compelled to buy water from outside and paying heavy cost on drinking water .
                      As a consumer I am totally aggrieved and request your support for immediate resolution and compensation for poor service guarantee by the Co .

                        My RO is not functioning and it is under AMC # 012496 . Co is providing duplicate and below par quality of services and equipment for replacement.
                        In the last one year this is third time my membrane is crashed and now co is asking me to pay charges against the faulty membrane.
                        This is not the first time, earlier due to poor contamination issue and parts issue my machine is been replaced .
                        I have been buying water from outside and having severe problem due to increase in such cost levied.

                          Facing problem from the first month of installation of velva 90 kitchen chimney. Oil seepage from chimney even after the day service engineer attended the trouble. After twice such case, I registered the trouble through customer services. Then again service engineer visited and do some corrections in hose, but still the problem appeared within 2 days. Again I registered trouble on 8th feb, 2023. Till date no one attended the trouble.
                          As I think, this may be a problem o[censored]nder rated motor which is not able to throw the oil fumes outside the chimney duct.
                          It may also be noted that the machine was installed just 6 months back.
