      This to inform you that, the Brio Premium 75 chimney sold by Kutchina's dealer is a completely faulty and troublesome product. We have been facing troubles since the day of installation of this product.

      We were using an old Kutchina Chimney (Vogue) model which was used to exchange for against this new Brio chimney and adjusted in the payment. The new product was installed on 29th April 2022 but the...

      After continuous follow up on 27th April, 2023 kutchina representative came and took 4000 thousand ruppes in advance for glass replacement and it has been nearly 1 month still no one came for replacement. Attached money advance recepit that has been taken in advance. Please look into the matter asap.

        Inspite of several follo ups i am unable to get kutchina filter installed.
        This has been a never ending process of getting Kuthina filter installed after having fallen prey to predatory sales through AMC renewal for 2 yrs by Sanjay Sarkar post which the quality of service and agony that I have gone through is horrible, to the extant people who come to install Kutchina filter has started recommending me to install Aquagaurd and rates...

        Details : I bought Kutchina Kithcne Chimney Amora Premium.Siddenly on 18th April'23 the glass top of the chimney exploded and the glass piesces shattered all round. The chimney was not working at that time still the accident occurred. If at that point of time someone would have been there big accident might have happen. Kutchina is providing defective/low quality products. I called Kutchina on 19th April'23 and lodged complain but till now no one came. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.         inspite of several follow ups i am unable to install kuchina ro filter. through predatory sales they renewed amc. but from their end the filter is not installed and it is going on and on.
        Kutchina customer care agents say everyday today it will get installed, tomorrow it will get installed but today and tommorrow never comes.

        never will i trust kutchina again

          I have signed an AMC with Kutchina service center (67/7 college road, B Garden, Howrah) on 23/11/2022. For the first service, I have been following with them since last three weeks and every time I call them they said they will send the person next day.

          I am highly angry and disappointed with the service and wanted you to please escalate this to the higher authorities for action against this fraud else I will take this escalation/fraud to the consumer forum.

            I've an AMC for my kitchen chimney. After making an AMC they don't bother to attend the service. I've booked for service over customer care number on 2nd February followed by reminder again on 14 th February. No one from Kutchina has contacted for attending the call. This is very sorry state of affairs going on in the service provided by a renowned company like Kutchina.

              My Kutchina Purica RO is under AMC .
              Still the Co / External service provider is charging for membrane .
              In this year this is the third time the membrane is crashed and Co is asking me for additional amount for the same .
              Me and my family with my ailing mother is compelled to buy water from outside and paying heavy cost on drinking water .
              As a consumer I am totally aggrieved and request your support for immediate resolution and compensation for poor service guarantee by the Co .

                My RO is not functioning and it is under AMC # 012496 . Co is providing duplicate and below par quality of services and equipment for replacement.
                In the last one year this is third time my membrane is crashed and now co is asking me to pay charges against the faulty membrane.
                This is not the first time, earlier due to poor contamination issue and parts issue my machine is been replaced .
                I have been buying water from outside and having severe problem due to increase in such cost levied.
                Please help me out with it.

                  Facing problem from the first month of installation of velva 90 kitchen chimney. Oil seepage from chimney even after the day service engineer attended the trouble. After twice such case, I registered the trouble through customer services. Then again service engineer visited and do some corrections in hose, but still the problem appeared within 2 days. Again I registered trouble on 8th feb, 2023. Till date no one attended the trouble.
                  As I think, this may be a problem o[censored]nder rated motor which is not able to throw the oil fumes outside the chimney duct.
                  It may also be noted that the machine was installed just 6 months back.

                      We have purchased the Kutchina vega dlx75 model chimney on 2 nov 2022.As per their warranty manual and instruction manual there two free services within the 4 months of purchase.We have registered and called the customer care for the free service on 10 january 2023 but till now no one has come to do the service.They are just taking our details and harrasing us mentally by making fake promises.Its been more than 20 days and still no one technician has come to our place to give the free servicing.Such kind of ill services are being given by Kutchina brand which we had hope with.If you people dont want to give after sales service then why you mention it in the warranty card book let that you will be providing the service and have given the coupon codes.Utter unethical customer behaviour practices are being followed by this company.I would request to please take strict action as they have no right to harass the mindset of genuine customers by making fake promises and liabilites and then bullying us around.Kindly help me.

                        I bought a Kutchina Chimney (Model Angela 60 premium) on 27th August 2023 and this product has 3 free services.

                        I have called customer care on 2nd January 2024 for servicing of my product, from customer care end they have informed me my service will be done in 2 days. But from 2nd January to till date no servicing has been done yet. I am repeatedly asking for servicing (called 10 times) but Kutchina Customer Care is simply harassing. They are not sending anyone for servicing. Every time when I call, they are saying the technician will visit within 2 days, but from 2nd January 2023 to 20th January 2023 no visit and not even a single call.
                        I have sent complaint after complaint. But no use. All my money is gone. Pathetic service by Kutchina.

                        Can you please let me know when I can expect my service from your end?

                          I have raised a complaint for smoke chimney (Elizza Black) that was fallen and glass has been broken. The servicemen has arrived and has verified that only glass has to be replaced and the machine was working fine. The servicemen have not turned up for replacing it since one month though I have dropped several messages.

                            Faulty Chimney - Neither resolving issue nor giving Replacement

                            This is to inform you that I purchased a kutchina Desire 60 chimney on 21/10/2021 (Installation done on 26/10/21) After completion of installation and use, we found several issues of oil dripping / Leakage . We lodged several complaints and also 4 times engineers visited to resolve the issue, however he was not able to resolve the same, experienced engineer Chougule visited several times but results remain the same .                             I bought a kutchina Cruze model in 2019. Now in 2022 it went on a shut down. I complained to the customer care. The service provider now tells me that model Cruze is discontinued and the circuit of the chimney is damaged . This was told to me over phone even without checking the chimney. I was asked to wait for 15 days. On top of that they gave me an offer to go for a new chimney from Kutchina. We had been using Kutchina chimneys for long. But such callous attitude of the company is unbecoming. Is this a policy of the company that they launch a product and after few years it's discontinued and come up with a new product and give the offer for replacement with some 25% discount ? I want my full money back.
