This is to inform you that I purchased a kutchina Desire 60 chimney on 21/10/2021 (Installation done on 26/10/21) After completion of installation and use, we found several issues of oil dripping / Leakage . We lodged several complaints and also 4 times engineers visited to resolve the issue, however he was not able to resolve the same, experienced engineer Chougule visited several times but results remain the same . I bought a kutchina Cruze model in 2019. Now in 2022 it went on a shut down. I complained to the customer care. The service provider now tells me that model Cruze is discontinued and the circuit of the chimney is damaged . This was told to me over phone even without checking the chimney. I was asked to wait for 15 days. On top of that they gave me an offer to go for a new chimney from Kutchina. We had been using Kutchina chimneys for long....

I purchased a kitchen chimney from you on 13 September 2021, but I regret to inform you that I have not received a single free service so far. But according to the calculation, I am supposed to receive 3 free services. So I would like to know your opinion on this.

I have been using a Kutchina chimney for the last few years and am more or less happy with the product and that is the reason why my parents bought another chimney in a few months back and this time the experience has turned out to be very much frustrating with the product and service.

Within a month after purchase, we found the excess oil is not being cleaned from the inside of machine and that falls from the machine ceiling...

I would like to address pathetic experience and duplicate/damaged product installation with Kutchina.

Me and my wife went to Kutchina Dealer on 06.02.2022 and with so much assurance from him bought Kutchina 3 burner hob in cash immediately as we wanted to gift to our mom dad in anniversary (bill attached)
