We have purchased the Kutchina vega dlx75 model chimney on 2 nov 2022.As per their warranty manual and instruction manual there two free services within the 4 months of purchase.We have registered and called the customer care for the free service on 10 january 2023 but till now no one has come to do the service.They are just taking our details and harrasing us mentally by making fake promises.Its been more than 20 days and still no one technician has come to our place to give the free servicing.Such kind of ill services are being given by Kutchina brand which we had hope with.If you people dont want to give after sales service then why you mention it in the warranty card book let that you will be providing the service and have given the coupon codes.Utter unethical customer behaviour practices are being followed by this company.I would request to please take strict action as they have no right to harass the mindset of genuine customers by making fake promises and liabilites and then bullying us around.Kindly help me.

    More than 5 months No Servicing of Kutchina Chimney

    I bought a Kutchina Chimney (Model Angela 60 premium) on 27th August 2023 and this product has 3 free services.

    I have called customer care on 2nd January 2024 for servicing of my product, from customer care end they have informed me my service will be done in 2 days. But from 2nd January to till date no servicing has been done yet. I am repeatedly asking for servicing (called 10 times) but Kutchina Customer Care is simply...

    I have raised a complaint for smoke chimney (Elizza Black) that was fallen and glass has been broken. The servicemen has arrived and has verified that only glass has to be replaced and the machine was working fine. The servicemen have not turned up for replacing it since one month though I have dropped several messages.

      Hi Team,
      I would like to register a serious complaint.

      I have agreed to purchase a 3 products - chimney, dishwasher, and water purica excel plus.
      I have paid a total 1, 02, 000 INR to kutchina (Uttarpara Branch)

      Total MRP was given :
      1 – AMORA – MRP 42000
      2-- purica excel plus - MRP 24000
      3- KEN DLX MRP 45000

      Total MRP 1, 11, 000 (INR)
      The discount was not great, but I paid to kutchina the final price of INR 1, 02, 000

      After that, all the products have been delivered in the month of November with different materials and MRP is very less.

      Instead of AMORA- delivered a Marvel 90 Premium (MRP 35, 990)
      KEN DLX also has a different product and less MRP and even though it has not been installed yet. (MRP 40490)

      When I went to complain to kutchina office at uttarpara, the salesperson (Manash Mujumder) not accepting the complaint seriously and he is not cooperating.
      Actually, my money has been stolen by kutchina / salesperson.
      Shame to you kutchina .
      I can see now that, more than INR 12000 fraud and stolen from me…

        This is to inform you that I purchased a kutchina Desire 60 chimney on 21/10/2021 (Installation done on 26/10/21) After completion of installation and use, we found several issues of oil dripping / Leakage . We lodged several complaints and also 4 times engineers visited to resolve the issue, however he was not able to resolve the same, experienced engineer Chougule visited several times but results remain the same . Sometimes drips / leakage happening right sometimes left even after doing right and proper alignment for the same . This is looking like a design failure of this model. I would request you to replace my faulty chimney with the right new one asap. Engineer Chougule is well aware of the issue. We thought the issue will be resolved so waited a few months to see but unfortunately not it is repeating, so writing this email to you .

        I know Kuchina is a well renowned company and takes utmost care of the customer and the issues resolution, requesting you to take care of the same asap and replace the chimney asap with new one. Your early and favorable action will be highly appreciated and will take kuchina into hew height of customer care.

          I bought a kutchina Cruze model in 2019. Now in 2022 it went on a shut down. I complained to the customer care. The service provider now tells me that model Cruze is discontinued and the circuit of the chimney is damaged . This was told to me over phone even without checking the chimney. I was asked to wait for 15 days. On top of that they gave me an offer to go for a new chimney from Kutchina. We had been using Kutchina chimneys for long. But such callous attitude of the company is unbecoming. Is this a policy of the company that they launch a product and after few years it's discontinued and come up with a new product and give the offer for replacement with some 25% discount ? I want my full money back.

              Hello team, I am from Pune.
              I have booked the service request for water purifier as the monitor was showing error and that means we need to replace the candle until then we cant use that machine. So immediately I raised service request on 12 august and he said technician will contact you soon.

              Considering long weekend due to 15 aug, I called again on 16 august as reminder call so the call center person said Technician contacted you on 13 aug and I said to come on 16 aug although I didnt received single call, when I told her she said no mam here we have record which says you receive call from technician then I said okay then today is 16 aug so where is the technician now. She said I font know and I will book again new request on 17 aug so I was like okay then please book.

              Also take note, from 12 august our machine is off we are not getting to consume filter water.

              As technician was going to come on 17 aug as per call center person, On 17 aug afternoon I called customer care again so she said I dont have any update from technician and that person experience was so terrible, she didnt fill supportive at all and was speaking in attitude that I dont know and if you want to make complaint of me you can do. 😲On that same day after call ended with customer care technician came to our home surprisingly😐
              He checked the machine and said I dont have cylinder and candle so will come on 19 aug
              As he wanted to go to Baramati on 18 aug. We agreed and trusted him that he will come on 19 aug.

              Today on 20 aug we got call from technician that I will come by 3pm afternoon and after some time he called again I am not able to come as I dont have bike 😳 .

              Now this is end of our patience and politeness, we said, if you really want to come then you can travel by auto or anything. Otherwise we will raise another complaint about you and your service center.

              Then I called the customer care she said Service center is closed now as saturday is half day working. 😐

              So from 12 aug till today 20 aug we are calling customer care continuously and that technician is just postponing the service by giving such ridiculous excuses and our machine is off we cant use that.

              This is not our first time experience, everytime that technician gives such excuses and delays the service of all our Kutchina appliances.

              I just want to raise the complaint about service center of Kutchina in Pune. It is not at all professional behaviour by them. I dont understand simple thing like is he the only one technician for complete Pune city, if for any reason he is not able to come cant you just replace that with other technician.

              This service was not expected from you Kutchina, while purchasing the product you say to customer that you will get answer to your query about product within 24 hours, is this is your after sales service? From 12 aug to 20 aug how many days and how many calls we have to make to just get done our service request of water purifier.

              I hope someone higher authority will read this and take appropriate action

                  I have bought a Brio-75 Kitchen Chimney in January, 2022. Since the day of installation the machine is leaking oil continuously. After the first free servicing the problem of oil dripping severely increased. every second day I have to clean the oil that comes out of the chimney and it comes from the inside not the outer layout. whenever I contact the local service centre they send a technician but the problem does not get resolved. I am tremendously harassed and need a permanent solution. Take action as early as possible.

                    Dear Sir/madam,
                    Please refer to the my mail dtd 23rd July addressed to Customer care Kutchina and subsequent reply of Sales Manager, AB Continental Sodepur dtd 25th July'22, again my reply dtd 26th july'22 and its attachments regarding finalization agreement, drawings for bi- color combination along with actual installed color. As I was staying outside Kolkata, the said installation was done by kutchina.in presence of my brother in law who was not very much aware of color combination. While I came to Kolkata recently and was surprised to verify the color which is totally different from the approved drawing color. The actual installed modular kitchen color combination which is a very dull color but your Sales Manager is justifying such anomaly irrelevantly. It is not at all expected from such reputed company.
                    It is therefore requested to look into this matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.

                      I bought kutchina smarty chimney in june 2018. After 3yrs my motor started making noise but technician was not able to recognise it at that time. Now the noise increased and the motor no more sucks air, the oil spreads all over the kitchen. I booked a service and technician visited and said that the motor must be changed. Motor Price is Rs2400, as soon as i said that the motor has lifetime warranty they clicked my warranty card picture and said that the next day they will send it to office and contact me. 1week passed no response from their side. I filed a complaint through customer care they said they will send a reminder to the service center. After 2days i again called and then they said a request has been sent for new motor. On asking how many days it will take, their response was they dont know.

                      If i pay, they are ready to provide me the motor immediately but since i claimed my warranty motor, it says out of stock. What type of service is this. The customer care people just keep on saying the same thing again and again that keep waiting. No specific time is mentioned. How long shall i wait for a motor that i must get according to the warranty card. How long should i spoil my kitchen walls?? If you cant give service then directly deny it and stop posting everywhere lifetime warranty motor if you cant provide.
                      If you can help then help by solving my issue and provide a motor.

                        I brought Kutchina Chimney from one of your sales persons named: Ramendra Dakua havig contact number: in Tezpur, Assam.
                        Item was brought in my name: Chandra Jyoti Dhakal.
                        He delivered the chimney but the outlet pipe is pending for a month and no one is taking responsibility to fit it.
                        I am facing hell lot of trouble as the gas is going to my room itself.
                        After paying the full amount also I am also facing such issues.
                        Let me know if any proof is required, you can directly call the salesperson and give my name and address as Dekargaon, Tezpur to remind him.
                        If any further clarification is needed, let me know.

                        The Service person is saying the sales person will do it and the salesperson is saying the service person is not giving the pipe.
                        I have sent several mails and now sales person is not even picking my calls

                          Complain about the breakdown of the glass on the kutchina chimney

                          This is a serious complain regarding the breakdown more of an explosion of the glass on the kutchina chimney model number: Cruize Excel; Product : K/C ; Machine code no. : C[protected] ; Date of installation:18.12.2019. Today morning we heard an explosion in the kitchen when we went there to see we saw that the glass part of the chimney was broken down and the glass bits are shattered all over the kitchen.                           I have so many timescalls to ur customer care no. [protected] but no response to my Eliza Chimny, I was calling to long time, Your help no.[protected]/62/63 is all no. is switch off., . no any bothered my complaints. only starting service single service my Eliza chimny only cloth with soap, . My AMC was started month 08/2020 to 08/2022 . My five service is pending to very long timed, of my Eliza chimny. My AMC policy is lapsing 8/2022 but no any service . I have 9 times books for jalandhar servicecentre but no any bothered my request. pl. my AMC amount Rs.5000/- refund because your company fail to provide Service within me between AMC period.                                 I have been using a Kutchina chimney for the last few years and am more or less happy with the product and that is the reason why my parents bought another chimney in a few months back and this time the experience has turned out to be very much frustrating with the product and service.

                                Within a month after purchase, we found the excess oil is not being cleaned from the inside of machine and that falls from the machine ceiling into the food while cooking. Hope you understand how serious and unhygienic the problem is !! We tried an autoclean function but that solved the issue for just a few days, less than a week. The machine is just a couple of months old and we have approached for service many times meanwhile.
                                Everytime a service person visited, just gave random suggestions that machine alignment is not correct and cleaned the machine manually with a confident assurance that the oil drop would not occur again . But, that has always turned out to be a very temporary solution. Firstly, Kutchina people only installed the machine, so it seems there was fault in that itself, then the last service person suggested that the inside oil need to be cleaned manually every 1-2 weeks for a family of 2 old people having less oil food. A machine meant for a particular job and sold it for Rs. 22K and then asked the customer for manual cleaning every 2 weeks? I am very much annoyed with this sort of incompetent and unprofessional behaviour in the name of service and its a harrasment for my old parents living alone.

                                I know autoclean does not clean everything and manual cleaning is needed, I do the same for my old machine every 3-4 months and its been working fine for the last 4 years but with this better suction and costlier machine, it is being asked to clean on every 1-2 weeks. I am surprised that none in service is ready to think for a while that there can be a possibility of machine fault which is the actual reason in my view because the suction is not working as it should be.

                                I have attached the purchase documents which has all details of the customer (hope you can find out service history) and a picture of the kitchen where we see oil drops are visible on the wall even after a high suction machine is installed.

                                I believe there is fault in the machine itself and we need replacement of the same as multiple services failed to resolve the problem and that is within very less period from purchase. Request you to look into this matter with priority and do the needful to get it replaced. I am anxious that my old parents are facing health issues for the bad oil being mixed into the food, please help.

                                    I had purchased modular kitchen from Kutchina in April 2021 i.e. last year. It is still under warranty. There is some issue with one of the cabinets and it's been about 12 business days but they have not sent any technician. I've been trying to reach them every alternate day. They say, they have escalated the problem, they would take immediate action. But, no one is actually helping me out here. I would humbly request you to take a look into this matter and help me out if at all possible.
