I bought a Kutchina Chimney (Model Angela 60 premium) on 27th August 2023 and this product has 3 free services. I have called customer care on 2nd January 2024 for servicing of my product, from customer care end they have informed me my service will be done in 2 days. But from 2nd January to till date no servicing has been done yet. I am repeatedly asking for servicing (called 10 times) but Kutchina Customer Care is simply harassing. They are not sending anyone for servicing. Every time when I call, they are saying the technician will visit within 2 days, but from 2nd January 2023 to 20th January 2023 no visit and not even a single call. I have sent complaint after complaint. But no use. All my money is gone. Pathetic service by Kutchina. Can you please let me know when I can expect my service from your end?
