I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the chimney purchased by me in January 2026.

After purchase, I came to know that the model sold to me had already been discontinued by the company in October 2025. Despite the product being officially discontinued, your team still sold the same model to customers without proper disclosure. This itself is highly unethical and misleading.This is not a customer-side issue. The company knowingly sold a discontinued product and failed to provide proper after-sales support and resolution. Demanding immediate replacement of chimney with latest functional model without any additional charges
