Kuvempu University — bsc (it)

Sir..
I did bsc (It) from kuvempu distance education but after last semester i. E. 2014. I was not gave back exams and now i trying to fill my form but their is no information showed about me, my roll no. Is 122b4841. I also went to niit centre janak puri for apprising my problem but they didnt solve it. I want to know what is the maximum time for graduation is given by university and if maximum time is over then how can i gaive exams of the subject in which i got back. Kindly suggest me what can i do now.
