Kuvempu University — convocation certificate

Warm greetings,

This is with regards my application number [protected], as i applied for convocation certificate on 5th of march 2018 tatkal basis paying rs 3500 more than regular amount, they said tatkal will get it with in 2 days and regular takes time upto one month but after applying on tatkal basis and week passed i didn't get my certificate.
I called your customer care service number no one is responding properly they simply passing call and giving each other number saying am not the concern person.
Kindly let me know whom i want to connect or when i will get my certificate.
