Kuvempu University — Convocation certificate issue related

I have applied for convocation certificate with acknowledgement no-[protected] and paid required fee online of 3295 rs. They gave me two contact no for communication but both no are incorrect. They not given any conformation or assurance of certificate on mail. I don't know How to contact them. There all contact details on website is out of order. I need the degree certificate urgently for job document verification. this behaviour o[censored]niversity is unfair for students. I leave in bihar it is not possible to visit University physically only for gather INFORMATION.
Please do needful help.
