Kuvempu University — Degree certificate not received

Dear Sir/Madam, This query regarding my degree certificate, I have completed my Bcom degree from Kuvempu university in the year of[protected]. I have applied for the convocation in 2012 November with all the necessary documents and the convocation fee. But somehow I have not received my certificate. I followed up with study center several times they said certificate has not come yet. Tried reaching Kuvemp university convocation helpline[protected] but there is no response. Could you please help me to get my certificate or let me know what should be done from my end. Appreciate your quick response on this regard.
