Kuvempu University — official transcript not provided

I, Rekha C.E. have applied for the Official Transcript by sending a post (on 15th Sept 2018), which contains the below.

1. The request letter mentioning all the details of my Bachelors Degree (B.E.).
2. The DD which includes all fees for searching, Postage and per semester cost.

There is no response from the University, neither am I able to reach them on the contact numbers provided on the website.
