Kuvempu University — regarding world education services (wes) evaluation of my degree and transcripts

I did my Bsc. IT from the Kuvempu University in 2008. As part of the immigration process, I applied for the document evaluation for WES.

After a lot of phone calls a person from university told me to send a Demand Draft and the transcripts.
Now it's more than a month I sent all the documents along with the DD of Rs. 5410. But nobody responded.
I literally tried every contact number but nobody is answering.

Sent approximately 10-15 mails at all the email provided on university's website. No one replied.

It's very important but not getting any reply

What should I do now?
