Dear sir, i am nishawlini from chennai, i have ordered a product from an online shop named "kyrraa' on 8th feb 2020, and received on 11 feb 2020, but the dress which i have ordered is completely different from which i received and the product material is very cheap quality, my order id is ky[protected]. They have given me the wrong product, hence i would like to return it back.
I am trying to talk with customer care, but nobody is responding, i have mailed regarding this, still, i am not getting any response, and from the google reviews, it looks like fraudulent company.
