I have received a wrost product and returned it by paying extra money for courier and they didn't returned my money back and added it my wallet and said use it on this website for other products. I have ordered other product and i haven't recieved that product yet. I have mailed them so many times but no response. They don't even have any customer care number to call....

Dear sir, i am nishawlini from chennai, i have ordered a product from an online shop named "kyrraa' on 8th feb 2020, and received on 11 feb 2020, but the dress which i have ordered is completely different from which i received and the product material is very cheap quality, my order id is ky[protected]. They have given me the wrong product, hence i would like to return it back.

Kyrra is one fraud company. On seeing this adv in intagram i ordered a dress it torn and not stitched also waste of money and color and material not matched with description. I placed return upon so many mail and they asked to send via courier which i did. For 1550 they returned only 1300 and i spent for courier extra.. For that amount i ordered a saree which looks terrible again i am totally disappointed with this kind of fraud website....

I saw this website on facebook with the name of kyrraa.com and ordered a suit from it. Received the suit within 10 days but it was the wrong product. I put a return request through mail and found out that they gave me an address to courier the wrong product back. They do not credit money into the bank account nor do they give the cash back to the customer. Now my money is stuck in kyrraa account. I read about easy returns policy but i don’t...
