I saw this website on facebook with the name of kyrraa.com and ordered a suit from it. Received the suit within 10 days but it was the wrong product. I put a return request through mail and found out that they gave me an address to courier the wrong product back. They do not credit money into the bank account nor do they give the cash back to the customer. Now my money is stuck in kyrraa account. I read about easy returns policy but i don’t know if i have to take the hassle of sending a courier and also the payment for courier how is it an easy return. I have demanded them to send me the right product and that i will handover the delivery boy the wrong product. But they are stuck on their courier policy which i never read on their website.
