La Opala — Microwave rated plate broken in microwave

I am a regular user of Liola dinner set, two years back i bought a complete dinner set, last night i was used to heat my foods in microwave with laopla plate, but it has broken in two parts automatically in microwave. I have some Realtime proof also. pls do check this matter and exchange my entire set . itsa really a mis selling product.

However, since our products are made of glass, at times some invisible hairline cracks may appear on the products due to mishandling during transportation or usage, which may result in the breakage later in one-off cases. Nonetheless, please be rest assured that we’re looking into this and shall take corrective actions on the same.
Kindly send us the following details and pictures on mail ([protected]@laopala.in) so that we can review this matter justifiably & get back to you with an appropriate solution –
1. A few clear pictures of the broken plate with the design clearly visible.
2. An image of the bill
3. A picture of the top side of the box & price sticker too.
4. Your full address with contact number
