Yesterday i opened my 29 pcs set of laopala nova and a quarter plate was there lying in new pack but broken
Really disappointed for
1. Break resistant
2 in packing its broken where i have not used it at all
3 negligence and wrong committment
Kindly look into the matter
I dont have invoice as i got promotional pack from amway on meeting certain criterias

    I'm complaining about la opala microwave safe dinner set

    I'm complaining about la opala microwave safe dinner set. It was bought by our family from big bazaar and while heating up some food the bowl cracked. But it specially mentions on the bowl that it is microwave safe. The bowl was in the microwave for only 12 seconds and it cracked. This was the first time we were using the dinner set and one of the bowls cracked. Any help and support would be great for us.

    This is punit shah from ahmedabad, i had bought laopala cup saucer set 6 pcs from star bazaar, ahmedabad, i had used this set for 6-7 days on one day within this period one of the cup was slip from my hand and falled down on kitchen plateform and break from the edge the gap between my hand and the plateform was just around 1-2 inch.in the bottom of the cup it is written break resistant so if cup and saucer is break resistent than it should not break on this type of fall. So please look into this matter as soon as possible and please do replacement. I had attached product picture, broken cup picture, product box picture, product barcode picture.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the same. We assure you that our products conform to the best quality standard and it has been our endeavor since past 3 decades to provide our esteemed customers with the very best.
    Our products are break resistant which means that during normal usage and handling they don’t break but they are not break proof as they are made of glass and they can break if they are roughly handled during transit or hit a surface in a particular angle with great impact. Nevertheless, this is a one off case and hence as a goodwill gesture, we shall replace your cup.

    We have already reverted to you by sending a mail to your id. Please contact our representative in Ahmedabad on the number mentioned in the mail for further assistance on the replacement. It may take a few days to find the cup of the same design in Gujarat. If we do not get it there, we shall call for it from the factory.

      While placing order online, in product description of la opala ivory dinner set 35 pcs it was mentioned that this set is unbreakable and i placed order for the unbreakable set only. However on delivery today, this is plain glass set & breakable. Further called multiple times on customer care #s mentioned on delivery box and also ddelhi regional office # but all nos seem invalid.

      Can you please look into this on priority & replace this set with unbreakable one? Also i'm reachable on cell # [protected].

We claim our products to be Toughened Extra Strong and Break Resistant, which means that during normal usage and handling it doesn’t break but it is not break proof (unbreakable) as it is made of glass and it can break if it is roughly handled whether during transit or usage.

        I had purchased coffee mug set of 6 from d mart badlapur, near camel english school, chikloli, badlapur, thane, maharastra, pin 421505 on 09/07/2019. Sad to inform you that the very first mug got cracked after pouring tea. D mart was kind to replace the full set with new one on 11/07/2019. To my surprise the first mug again cracked on pouring tea. I am using your product from past many years. I never experienced such problem. It indicates deterioration in the quality. It brings bad name to the company, at the same time lowers the confidence of the customer. Thanks to d mart they have refunded the cost of the said item. Requested to look into the matter.

          Few days back we purchased (June 2019), a cup set 6 pcs of la opala. Today 18 June, 2019, we wanted to have hot tea by those purchased cups, but very strange thing happened, after pouring hot tea within 2-3 seconds two of the cups (In first use) developed crack and broken-down spilling the hot tea all over, automatically, we were really lucky to not have any injuries. So, we are not using the remaining cup and plates. Details of the purchased product is attached herewith.
          We are much disappointed with the quality of the cup set.
          It's our humble request to you, please replace this cup set.

              I bought 13 pieces la opala dinner set from amazon.in. Today while serving hot rice in a la opala plate, the plate broke off automatically. It says heat resistant in the product description. This was the reason why i bought the dinner set. Please find the broken plates image attached.

              This dinner set was gifted to me on my marriage anniversary this month.

              When we started using first time and my wife service upma in this plate and suddenly it has got broken in centre and hot upma along with the broken plate has slipped on my lap and got hurt. I have not expected such a bad quality from the reputed brand and now we are scared to use any more.

              How can such bad quality can be out from a reputed brand like

                  Hi,

                  The la opala dinner set that i am using for the first time is labeled as microwave safe. But, when i used the plate for heating in microwave, it broke into two half pieces. It was heated for just 25 seconds only

                  Please send me a replacement set of the piece which could withstand microwave heat or provide compensation for the same. When you mention a product as microwave safe, we expect it to work accordingly. If not, please do not add such labels to the products.

                  Thank god it didn't fall over me otherwise i would have been injured.

                  i ignored in past about the tea cup from cup & saucer broke on 1st time pouring of hot tea but this looks like certainly quality issue which i can't ignore time and again, i love la opala as a brand and keep on recommending to my friends and family but these issues and making me very disappointed.

                    The other day, I made an omellette and served it onto the la opala plate, the break resistant diva set in orange. After 10 seconds, there was a noise and when I saw the plate, it had broken into half. I would request la opala to kindly figure out why a heat resistant and break resistant plate broke?

                    La opala should give me a replacement of this defective product. Imagine if my kids had been using it, the edges of the broken plate are so sharp. Putting food on the plate should not have caused the plate to break at all.

                      Tea cup broke on first use after pouring hot tea. Hugely disappointed as i thought la opala sets are one of the best... Quite expensive too. Even the other cup cracked after a few uses it seems as i[censored] have to serve cold tea i[censored] want ur tea cups to survive. A saucer seems slightly cracked.
                      I would like to have a complete refund or atleast replacement for the defective tea cup set

                        Hi! I purchased a dinner set of la opala and using two plates and bowls from my dinner set since last one month. Afrer use of mere 10 days, one of the plate broke into two pieces automatically without even touching after i kept food on it. Yesterday the same happened with the second piece. Hugely disappointed to see the degrading quality. Please replace the faulty dinner set. Or at least replace the two plates and assure the quality of the rest of the dinner set.

                            Dear team,
                            I bought a la opala tea set from kalyan hypermarket thrissur, kerala. As soon as tea was served in the very first serving, 2 cups developed a crack spilling the hot tea all over. Please redress the issue as soon as possible.

                            Two of the plates got broken.One did not stand the heat despite it's aim of being microwave safe & the other cracked without being hit.I doubt that the plates are origina Laopala.These must b imitation that is why these broke so easily.Kindly confirm if some spurious firm is selling imitations asoriginal

                            La opala ivory bowl broken while heating in microwave for less than a minute. Though it is written microwave safe, break resistant. La opala why do they claim all such things, if it is not. Please look into this.

                            Hello
                            I bought new La Opala dinner set but while i was heating food in microwave the plate and bowl cracked into pieces. Although its written on every plate and bowl that its microwave save its highly disappointing to see the failure. Kindly resolve the complaint or demand proper QC of your products.

                            My tea set also broke on first time use. Two of the cups broke, so we have kept remaining 4cupe without using. Local cups are better than this, those won't broke with hot beverages.

                              Hi.
                              I had got a la opala dinner set as gift for this diwali, which purchased in dmart. La opala products claims to be microwave proof. Today i stored my lunch curry in serving bowl which is prepared in morning (Kept at room temperature only). I tried to re-heat during my lunch hour (Even less than a minute). I heard the crack sound while re-heating is in progress in microwave itself. I have attached the images of the bowl.

                              Request you to kindly replace the item.

                                I had ordered la opala diva plain fluted opal ware bowls - set of 6 online, through pepper fry on 29 sep, 2018 because they were available at a very good price and images also looked good to me.

                                On 3 oct, 18 when order was received, what i found was that i was cheated and i did not get the original product from them. No brand marking on the bottom of the bowl & bad quality.

                                And on top of that, i cannot even return that because that is not damaged... I did not get there return policy too.

                                In short, horrible experience, wastage of money, fake product, not at all reliable website to order any home crockery or anything from them.

                                  I bought a laopala melody dinner set from Surendra Gift Gallery, Dumdum, Kolkata- 700030. This set is broken.This shop does not accept the broken set. Please take necessary steps for changing the set.

                                    We bought a dinner set. The plate and bowl got cracked when used in microwave.

                                    It is not at all microwave safe as claimed behind the bowl.

                                    It's a false claim. Not sure how did they pass quality gate.

                                    The bowl is also chipped. The la opala tea cup cracks on pouring hot tea.
                                    When hot tea was poured, it just got cracked into two pieces.
