We would like to thank you for sharing with us your experience though it is unfortunate that you were inconvenienced due to the issue mentioned by you in your complaint.
Firstly, we would like to clarify on the 'unbreakable' point. We claim our products to be Toughened Extra Strong and Break Resistant, which means that during normal usage and handling it doesn’t break but it is not break proof (unbreakable) as it is made of glass and it can break if it is roughly handled whether during transit or usage.
We assure you that our products conform to the best quality standard and it has been our endeavor since past 3 decades to provide our esteemed customers with the very best. Hence, it is a great buy at the mentioned price point.
In case you have received broken wares, please send us a mail and we shall look into.

1. Pictures of broken wares, if any
2. Reason for breakage
3. A picture of the MRP sticker on the box
4. A scanned copy of the bill
