I bought la opala coffee cup set on 26 March 2023 from d Mart.. and today 29 March 2023 when I pour hot tea in cups. 2 cups were broke while pouring tea.. not expected from such Big brand. I am regretting this why I buy this la opala set.

    Dear Customer Care,
    Got a cup set of your reputed company . On 1st time usage itself just while pouring tea in it ... The 3 cup broke..

    Is this high quality brand cups not to be used for having tea. Highly disappointed.. as i thought la opala sets are one of the best... Quite expensive too.
    I would like to have a complete refund or at least replacement for the defective tea cup set.

        I brought laopala coffee cup set of 6units but cups in the set has defect. Cup has defect or crack at bottom side or near handle. First one cup got broke so we thought that some time it happens but after next day another got broke and third we removed for try has also crack on it.
        So Please do the needful.

          I have a la opala coffee mug set . In the first use itself the glasses got broken when tried to serve tea . Luckily it did not fall on anyones body . Had it been fallen it would have caused severe burn . This was not expected from a brand like La opala.

            Laopalo sets are not heat resistance. It breaks very easily on pouring hot . It is not microwave resistance as well

                I am really disappointed of the work of LAU Pola bowl while hitting the item in the bowl (in microwave)it cracks but LAU Pola States that it's safe in using it in microwave, its break resistant but it break completely while heating in the microwave, All the food fell down.
                I am really disappointed in the service.
                Please look into the matter and try to resolve it as soon as possible.

                    I had purchased the Opala dinner set of 6 dinner plates, 6 side plates & 6 bowls from Grofers. The moment I put it in micro within 30 seconds it breaks into two and it happened to 3 of my plates. Today I just warmed food and then served it in the plate and it broke into 2. It's not able to sustain luke warm heat I am just shocked at the poorest of quality these days and fooling innocent public. I have not used the side plates or bowls for warm things.
                    My other opala dishes are more than 10 years old and are still fine when I use it in the micro.
                    I don't think I can risk using opala as the fine dust from the broken plate gets into the food warmed in it.

                      Hi,

                      We bought a cup/mug set of La Opala a few months back from D-Mart. One of the mugs immediately got cracked after pouring hot tea. Though the crack was not visible, it started leaking. About 2 days back another mug started leaking with a very small crack developed after pouring hot tea. This is very poor quality by La Opala, and a disappointment for us after paying for expensive mugs.

                        Hello! I purchased a cup set of la opala yesterday from a local mall at my place. One of the cup has leakage (Although it looks fine from the outside till you pour something into it). When I poured some tea into it, the tea started leaking out from beneath the joint of the cup. Kindly see if you can do anything.

                          Bought 6 coffee mugs 2 months back.
                          3 of them developed cracks inside while pour hot tea. The cups are very bad quality and highly unreliable.

                            There is a Chip on the handle and a crack on the body too

                            The cup handle has a chip broken and when I tried to pour some hot liquid inside then it got a huge crack. I had bought this a few days ago from Dmart and these cups are costly. I had taken all the precautions while handling the product but this handy defect will not be tolerated.
