I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent order with La Pino’z Pizza (Order ID: #36982139, Amount: ₹1308), placed on [27-Aug-25] at 11:06 p.m.
Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Despite waiting for more than 1 hour and 15 minutes for delivery, the order that finally reached me [12:17 a.m on 28-Aug-25 ] was extremely disappointing. The pizzas arrived cold and hard, making them unpleasant to eat also completely spoiled the taste and overall experience.
I immediately raised my concern through the Application but, till now, I have not received any response or update from your side. This lack of communication has added to my frustration.
###Steps taken by me:###
1: Raised concern on email /send reminders but no response.
2.: Tried to reach them on their registered support number more than 35-40 time from last two weeks but no response.
3: Raised concern on Social media (X) but No response.
I would request you to please:
Investigate this issue regarding the poor food quality and delay.
Update me about the action being taken.
Provide me with either a refund or a replacement for this unsatisfactory experience.
