I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent order with La Pino’z Pizza (Order ID: #36982139, Amount: ₹1308), placed on [27-Aug-25] at 11:06 p.m.

Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Despite waiting for more than 1 hour and 15 minutes for delivery, the order that finally reached me [12:17 a.m on 28-Aug-25 ] was extremely disappointing. The pizzas arrived cold and hard, making them unpleasant...

Ordered at 13:32, was suppose to deliver in 30 mins. I called him at 2:20, he said I just left the restaurant, will deliver 2-3 houses. Will deliver after 30 mins. He came at 2:45.

I went on 1st November 2023 to an outlet at Ahmedabad near vaishnodevi circle, India. The attendant denied me the right to sit in the premise as he had waiting clients even though my order was pending to arrive. There were other vacant tables also.

This is highly unprofessional and i will never want to come back to any outlet of the brand as well as not consume it. I will also spread the word to other customers for such unprofessional behavior.

I've placed an order on 25 August 2023 at 11:04 pm from la pinoz pizza application after placing the order order the amount has been deducted from my account and it's been placed but after an hour I tried reaching out to the customer support but unable to reach to the customer support as la pinoz pizza no. Is invalid I tried somehow to get to reach out the outlet but that no. Is also invalid but somehow I contacted them after 1 hour of wait I got the information that my order has been cancelled and that too when I reached out to the outlet by my side. Thier customer support and restaurant outlet no. Is invalid and if anything happens we can't even reach out to the outlet furthermore I placed order on 25 August 2023 it's already been more than 11 days from the date I've already wrote mail multiple times but I'm not getting any response from there end.

Govt has clearly told that it is illegal to charge for carry bags having brand tags
But lapinos is charging 20 rs for a bag so small and saying complain about it nothing is going to happen
Kindly look into it as these companies are very adamant about their Activity

I have ordered a pizza at 7.47 pm from la pinoz Bhogpur
And i received this at 8.36 pm
It was 49 minutes late and that was too cold also. without any Sauce, oregano nd chilli flakes. Too disappointed with my first La pinoz Order .

I have ordered pizza on 4th and 15th March. Both orders got rejected due to some reasons. But I haven't received any refund till date. There is no response on the complaint and no contact number available. Please provide my refund, I need money urgently.

Ordered a pizza and it's not delivered and when I contacted the outlet for the same the response I recieved from the the executive was dissatisfactory and disconnected the call without resolving my query and after that when I called again multiple times they didn't pick up the call.

I have placed order with La Pinoz Pizza, nanpura, surat branch. I received one damage pizza. At that time said we can replace this pizza when i visit their outlet. Today i visit they outlet but they refused to replace it

As per terms & conditions provided to us by the outlet the beverages to be sold at MRP but the outlet situated at Sector 32A Chandigarh Road ludhiana is charging excess amount from customers than MRP. As i went today in the afternoon they charged excess amount from me when I talked with outlet manager to gave rude reply to me. So I want compensation for the same. I Qm sharing invoice given by the outlet and terms & conditions of the outlet with MRP on the bottle

I have order 2 pizzas and pasta from past 45 mins I am waiting everytime staff is not responding properly as well as they are cutting my calls. This is totally ignorant and deliberately they are doing this.

I am visiting La Pino'z Wagawadi Road, Bhavnagar.
I bought Coca Cola cold drink from the Store.

They did not provide me Cold Drink drinking glass.

I ask for it. So they reply they did not provide cold drink drinking glasses.

Whereas other outlets provide drinking glasses.

I had ordered pizza at 8:25 pm
but its 10:28 pm and yet we haven't got the delivery...
this pizza store is located near kamishnor banglow (tagore road)
this has happened twice to me...

Hello I have problem with my refund status I have not get my refund with my last 2 orders both orders has been cancelled and my money was debited even now I have not get my money so plz credited my money fast otherwise I will complaint legally 🙏all details in photo proof

I have ordered 3 slice of pizzas from La Pinoz Pizza(Virar west) which is located in Mumbai maharashtra and this was the second time while i am facing the late delivery of pizza and the orders was 1 hour late but the staff was like they don't know anything and they were just saying me like that you have to understand and its your problem because while making pizza it take time and lots of so many reasons, pizza was delivered to me after one and a half hour and it was too late to eat that pizza because it was already cold and i also told delivery boy to check the pizza temperature in front of me he told me its cold but when i call to his manager he told him that pizza is not too cold and eat, this was the second time i face the issues with this, i also even told him to give me the pizza asap but the manager was saying that it will take time and if you want then you have to wait so for eating that pizza i have to wait and at 12:00am i will get to eat.they dont have staff to manage and not even the staff have good skill of talking with customer.

I had the worst experience in this restaurant. I came here with my family and ordered 2 large pizzas. While eating I noticed a hair on the pizza slice and immediately told the staff about it. The manager’s behaviour was pathetic. The name of the manager is Mr. Ravi. The way he talked was so freakin bad. The manager should know how to talk to a customer. We even requested to check the cctv surveillance which the manager denied rudely.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I place order online ID no. 7266850, Pizza and garlic bread were not hot, they very too cold . Pizza we order was not having the same topings mentioned in menu .
These things had occurred many times before. Plz look into it ..

Changing order, ordered diffrent pizza got a wrong and they can't replace as that's their mistake

Yesterday i order pizza through official app, my money deducted but order not placed.

The payment is successful but order was unsuccessful..I was supposed to get the refund but didn't received yet

I ordered a mexican pasta from La pinoz, kabir park, Amritsar outlet. The pizza was really bad in taste, they didn't give me any cuttlery like fork or spoon to eat the pasta with. I was somewhere out and was really hungry and so I ordered it as a delivery order, since I got no cuttlery I called the outlet and asked for fork or spoon but they asked me to collect it from the outlet. Now tell me how am I supposed to eat my pasta without any cuttlery and for a delivery order, why am I asked to go to the outlet? Also I tasted the pasta a little with my bare hands and it was terrible in taste. The store manager was really rude and argued with me very badly and was not at all helpful. No paper napkins and cuttlery was provided at last and I have to throw away the pasta at last. Kindly look into it and please refund my money back. My order id is #6949424
I am truly annoyed and disappointed with your service. I will never order again from la pinoz just refund my amount this time. It was a mistake being your customer.

Regarding Refund
I had placed an order from La Pinoz's Pizza mobile application on Dated 16/05/2022 but when I was making payment the application got closed. And the payment got deducted from my account 2 times. Then I Made the Payment form the Gpay. After that I checked the application there is mentioned that you will get the refund in 3-5 days. But when I did not get the refund even for 15 days, I already mailed the [protected]@uengage.in about the refund issue but there is no Answer.

I had ordered 2 pizza, at charkop sector- 8 kandivali, which did not get delivered. The order had been accepted by the outlet (Kandivali west, Mumbai) but the order did not get delivered. Firstly the staff did not recieve my calls, and when they did, they said that order was dispatched, but it did not got delivered. I waited for almost 5 hours, but it did not come. I was so very much upset with the service. Worst service. My money got debited but the order did not reach. Very worst service

We went full family of 10 people to have pizza.. We ordered about 3000 Rs. And while we were having it.. Their staff regularly told us to finish it fast as they want to close the store on last friday from this date... And behaved so rudely, as my family was with me i let it go.. Or else i would have sewed all of them you can call upon me for this complaint on my given no. Below

I have ordered pizza at 7.23pm and the delivery was made at 10.00pm..The outlet is not answering calls.I am trying to contact them from last 1 and half hour But got no response. Are they busy this much that they are unable to answer calls and made delivery almost after 2 and half hours. The problem is whom to contact for order if they are unable to contact. I am hell disappointed from their services if they are unable to fulfill the orders on time ask them not to take orders. Because they don't value customers. I have made a huge mistake by making online payment otherwise I have ordered from some other place. And the worst thing is there is no option to cancel the order as well.. The worst experience of online ordering and specially with LA Pinoz..Highly Disappointed ...Please consider this complaint let the outlet know about this...
