Dear sir.

There is a pizza restaurant in netaji subhash place, pp trade tower, at pitam pura & rajouri garden h-block market in the name of lapinoz pizza which is running from last 2 years without any licence issued from mcd delhi. They are running it illegally and bribe if the person comes from mcd.

They are also not following fire safety measures.

I don't want you to disclose my name and want you to take necessary action. To avoid if any mis happening occurs.

To la pinoz team,

On friday on 30th august, i have ordered a 12 large pizza from your app, order id is #293712. I received the wrong order, i ordered the tandoori paneer pizza, instead of that, we received cheezy pizza.

Till date, i havent received any call or updates from your team.

The order was done in science city branch.

On the same day, approx. After 1.5 hours i called to the representative about the wrong order details, instead of giving solution, he reverts me that we cant help you, after discussing a long call, he told me i will discuss with my manager and will get back to you, today is monday, and still i don’t get the call from your team.

On friday, we had invited the guest at the office for the party, it was very embarrassing for me to get the wrong order. I must emphasize to you that i have been using your service for the beginning, and i had never encountered any problem before. I am sure this is a rare problem and i am not blaming anyone. However, i am not happy about the mistake and worry that the similar may happen in the future. I would be grateful if you could study into this incident and provide me a solution.

It's regarding our pizza order.
I ordered pizza from la pinoz sector 12 dwarka new delhi.
But the cheeze was not proper so i called outlet regarding this they said man we are sending u fresh one u just return that. I said ok me and my mother in law both are waiting one hour pass i called again they said madam no delivery boy is here we will send within 15 to 20 minutes. But not delivered. When i called again they did not responded and not even send.
Such a unprofessional behaviour. Kindly took appropriate action.

I am a resident of sector 55. I ordered pizza at 8:00 p. M. And it came at 11:00 p. M. This is ridiculous... Very poor performance. Employees are illmannered and they said that cancel the order. When the pizza came it was very hard and cold. The box was wet and there was no seal the box was open.. How shameless... U should close ur company... Disgusting.. I am going to consumer court now.
