Date 31/08/2022 holiday of Ganesh Chaturthi our family gathered at my brother home addres:- B-502 Falaknuma, B/h. Royal Akbar Tower, Juhapura, Ahmedabad city, Ahmedabad -380055 and i place order online through La Pino'z Pizza website at Prahladnagar Branch addressShop No-5, Dev Aurum, Anand Nagar Cross Road, Prahlad Nagar Rd, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015.
Pizza size Monster Pizza 61inch. and price 918.75 we paid payment online.
two delivery boy came to deliver Pizza at our home.
Pizza dispatch to delivery after 1 hour 10 minutes Pizza reach our place and it total cold so we demand new one. one delivery boy stay our place and informed to Prahladnagar branch after 20 minutes branch person Mr. Jaimin call and said - order not deliver to me and no payment refund paid by company, my order not cancel and online loging id will be block by them and in future i cant place order at site also said police complaint threat by him.
i also complaint at vejalpur police station about this incident. police man call him for come to police station but he refused to came at police station.
