I have ordered a monster pizza at 2:34 pm from la pinoz airoli.
And i received this at 4:01 pm
It was 1.5 hr late and that was too cold also.

Thanafter outlet owner said to prepared of your order on phone called.

He said on that to not cancel, u give another order.

but i showing online apps it's not prepared. He was said lie.

So I was give another order that time. And i applied cancel and refund process on online apps

And also after half n hour they both order delivered but I m not received on that order.

I m requesting to u i m your regular customer.
So u realease of my cancel oreder and refund it.

Its[protected]:09, i had booked pizzas at Lapinoz Sector 32- A, Ludhiana, Punjab, 141010, along with pizzas i had also ordered beverages and outlet's personnel charged extra for coke. The real price of 300ml coke is Rs.20, whereas they charged Rs. 30 per coke ; after objecting for this cause they denied to charge the right amount. So iam attaching the bill of beverages, whose charge they charges was Rs.30 per total with a Rs.90 total for per 300ml coke, however they must charge Rs.20 per bottle which is the correct amount. And also attaching the photo of coke's bottles in Lapino'z premises as i had a dine-in order.

On 21 August i placed a order from the official app of La Pino'z pizza at 6:00pm and did payment online. Money got deducted from my account. But after few minutes a mail came regarding payment failed. But money got deducted. And your outlet in Jaipur, Malviya Nagar claims order has been confirmed. But in my phone it kept on showing that order has been cancelled. I didn't receive the refund till now

Royal Akbar Tower, Juhapura, Ahmedabad city, Ahmedabad -380055 and i place order online through La Pino'z Pizza website at Prahladnagar Branch addressShop No-5, Dev Aurum, Anand Nagar Cross Road, Prahlad Nagar Rd, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015.
Pizza size Monster Pizza 61inch. and price 918.75 we paid payment online.

two delivery boy came to deliver Pizza at our home.
Pizza dispatch to delivery after 1 hour 10 minutes Pizza reach our place and it total cold so we demand new one. one delivery boy stay our place and informed to Prahladnagar branch after 20 minutes branch person Mr. Jaimin call and said - order not deliver to me and no payment refund paid by company, my order not cancel and online loging id will be block by them and in future i cant place order at site also said police complaint threat by him.

i also complaint at vejalpur police station about this incident. police man call him for come to police station but he refused to came at police station.

There has been 1.5 hours since i ordered apizza from this outlet of lapinoz pizza in salunkhe vihar pune..there has been no contact support to me..they have no delivery partners and there is no such customer support on app that can refund my money back..

Though order was cancelled from restaurant, they are not refunding the money and are very rude over phone. On the day of order, they confirmed order is on the way and on constant follow-up with them, they continued to inform order was on the way. After 3 hours of follow-up and waiting they informed that there is problem with systems and they can't deliver the order. Now, instead of refunding money they are saying order has been fulfilled. They are sharing photo of packed pizza which was with their restaurant to tell me that order was already delivered and making excuses. On top of that they are outright rude and unapologetic

I have ordered pizza from la Pino'z Pizza aksharchok outlet from app it shows half hour time to delivery but it will delivered after 1 and half hour and the outlet is just half hour from my home.
I try to contact outlet for delay but no positive response get.
I am not expecting this.

Today I've order Margreta double cheez pizza from La Pino'z with toppings of all veggies, nd sweet corns. I went to shop nd packed it nd after came home I opened I was very shocked 😲Can you believe guys *There was not margreta cheez, no sweet corns over the pizza* is it fare or not.?...and after that I complained on it, they were manipulating the things, kindly revert is it right or wrong to incomplete servicing

I ordered two pizza's from la Pino'z Pizza app on 27th May 2020 Wednesday. The order was neither accepted nor rejected. It was a prepaid order so they already have my money.
The restaurant was not picking up any calls.
Then on Saturday 30th May the order did get accepted but it still hasn't been delivered.
The bill amounts to 477.75 and the order no is 875985. Today the date is 31st May 2020

I had placed an ordered or ₹369.60.and paid it online .the store cancelled the order from there side and didn't refunded my money back.

Airoli centre cheated on takeaway Bill. Friday is Buy1 Get1. Orderd a medium of Rs455 n opted same pizza free. Ordered another medium of Rs645 n opted same free. Bill should have been 1100{455+645}+ 27.5{SGST}+ 27.5{CGST}= Rs1155 but was actually charged Rs 1355. The sales person after a lot of argument asks me to complain with anyone but nothing will happen. What's the value of a customer who pays his hard earned money, nothing? Rs 200 is not easy to earn unless you have a great job.

Please stop sending promotional messages on this number.
I've discontinued it several times but every time I order, I start receiving promos within a day or two.
It's very irritating, I don't need it ! I don't have the patience for it.
Whenever I need a pizza I'll call you but please don't assume that if you offer cheaper deals I'll dive in !!
Stop this once and for all
