On friday on 30th august, i have ordered a 12 large pizza from your app, order id is #293712. I received the wrong order, i ordered the tandoori paneer pizza, instead of that, we received cheezy pizza.
Till date, i havent received any call or updates from your team.
The order was done in science city branch.
On the same day, approx. After 1.5 hours i called to the representative about the wrong order details, instead of giving solution, he reverts me that we cant help you, after discussing a long call, he told me i will discuss with my manager and will get back to you, today is monday, and still i don’t get the call from your team.
On friday, we had invited the guest at the office for the party, it was very embarrassing for me to get the wrong order. I must emphasize to you that i have been using your service for the beginning, and i had never encountered any problem before. I am sure this is a rare problem and i am not blaming anyone. However, i am not happy about the mistake and worry that the similar may happen in the future. I would be grateful if you could study into this incident and provide me a solution.
