I've placed an order on 25 August 2023 at 11:04 pm from la pinoz pizza application after placing the order order the amount has been deducted from my account and it's been placed but after an hour I tried reaching out to the customer support but unable to reach to the customer support as la pinoz pizza no. Is invalid I tried somehow to get to reach out the outlet but that no. Is also invalid but somehow I contacted them after 1 hour of wait I got the information that my order has been cancelled and that too when I reached out to the outlet by my side. Thier customer support and restaurant outlet no. Is invalid and if anything happens we can't even reach out to the outlet furthermore I placed order on 25 August 2023 it's already been more than 11 days from the date I've already wrote mail multiple times but I'm not getting any response from there end.
