This company doesn’t uphold the timelines that they confirm to on their website.
I paid for an order on the 14th of October, up until now there’s no trace of this order.
After multiple attempts to track this order I was reassured that it would be delivered by the 25th of November, however to my dismay I received an email stating that item is still in Lucknow and the estimated date of delivery now stands on 29th November.
When I clarified this with company their response was once the item is shipped we have no control on the delivery.
Extremely unprofessional.
This company has no idea how handle customer queries.
They have no idea how to handle orders.
Lack of professional ethics, poor communication and they fail to keep the delivery timelines as clearly highlighted on their website.
Plus they have the audacity to say that refunds are not possible.
So a customer pays for the product hoping to receive on a said date but the product never arrives on that date and if we want cancel the order, for a mistake that was done on their end ( the company’s end ) that too isn’t an option.
