I placed an order on 30th dec 2024. I messaged them starting 18th Jan. Asking where is my order. They said I will receive within 1 week. After 2 weeks on 4th Feb they said offered me a store credit or 2 weeks.. I dont think they even started on my order. On 12th when they had nothing to show, they said they will process my refund within 3-5 working days. Today on 18th Feb, they have curtly replied that they will inform when they process....

Ordered on 11 January. Haven't received. They keep saying they are shipping but they don't and they don't reply to emails....

The brand owners are no less than thieves. They charge a heavy amount for the product and vanish off for months. It has been 2 months since I have placed my order and they have not sent it to me yet. they keep delaying it and fail to respond to me or even share anything on mail. There is no official helpline and nobody responds on the customer mail id. THEY ARE THIEVES!...

I haven’t received the product it has been 22 days and not even their chat support executive is assisting me I have never come across such an unprofessional site I have already made the payment for the product after the confirmation mail I did not receive any updates, I am well aware of the 15-20 days delivery policy but now it's been 22 days. It's my hard-earned money I hope this issue gets resolved soon I am putting my faith in this site. I purchased the apparel of the same brand earlier from NykaaFashion at that time I received the product on time as a third party was involved and obviously Nykaa is a trustworthy site I can always rely on but this time I directly ordered from Lable Aishwaryika and this is the type of service I am getting. This brand is the most unprofessional brand ever, I have paid 17000 for two kurta sets and two straight pants.
1. they sent kurtas of size 38 whereas I ordered 42 and also the kurtas were supposed to be sheer and not transparent that is what the customer service team confirmed.
2. The pants are used and dirty and above all don’t even match the color of the set.

The experience of ordering for the first time with Label Aishwaryika was horrible.
1. The filter in their website does not work. Even after selecting "Kurta Sets" in the menu, we are displayed Kurtas, which is why I got deceived and ordered a Kurta thinking it was a set.
2. The product was damaged. There were threads coming out at different places.

Order worth ruppes 7k which was placed on 30th Nov, 2021 has not yet been delivered and there is no communication about the status from the label Aishwarya insta account as well as provided customer care email id. It’s almost a month since I had been chasing these guys, but I was told constantly that they delivered item to a wrong client n that’s why they r taking so long and now they have ghosted me. Utterly unprofessional behaviour by a well known brand which is being promoted by so many influencers.

Order worth 7k not delivered. No communication whatsoever. It has been a month since i have been ghosted and the product is neither delivered or cancellation is done. There is no other way of communication.

Items worth 29k were ordered over a month ago and they still haven’t been delivered. Initially the lockdown was given as a reason and now for the last 10 days I am being ghosted. There is no response to my messages.

No reply to emails or dms
No contact number provided, the one on google is switched off always
Its the brand’s responsibility to update customer of such long delays
Theyre active on their page uploading stories, keeping new sales and offers but havent fulfilled old orders yet

Extremely unprofessional
The website nowhere mentioned the product would take more than 2 months to be delivered
If there is a delay the brand should take up accountability of informing the customers
Extremely late or no reply to emails or Instagram dms
No money refund or mobile number to contact

Oder placed on 5th if july worth rs 6700 abd yet not received. There is no refund policy or explanation for the same

I purchased a suit set on 24th June, 2021. Till date I've no communication as to when will I receive the order. When I ask them for a refund, they tell me that they do not provide refunds. I've been pestering them for a month now, have sent them countless mails and DMs, but the only thing they keeping saying is "Ma'am your order will be dispatched this week". I've been hearing this for the last 5 weeks. On top of it they have the audacity to say that "atleast we're replying to you", now they've even stopped replying. It's sad how unprofessional a company could be. They're neither delivering the order nor processing a refund. I'm a student, and 3600 is a big amount for me. Request someone to please help me with this issue. I am attaching screenshots of their excuses. Just see how many times they have said the same thing.

I shopped a dress worth rupees 7, 200 on 25th of July. This company has not delivered my order at all. Let alone the delivery, my order hasn't even been shipped. The moment I reached out to them on instagram about the delivery status, they asked me to share my query on their given e-mail id.

They have neither responded to my mail, nor to my instagram dm.
This company label aishwaryrika is fraudulent, they only loot money and never deliver your products.

I am left shocked by the behaviour of this brand..below are the issues I faced with them.

1. No communication- I paid 28k and I was having to chase them after a week to know what was the status of my Order and guess what I am told Madam you will get updates every 4 days. order was placed July 6th and no updates ever received.

2. They actually aren’t professional and a lot of people have complaints on them hence...

Reason for cancellation is sudden death at home for which i am cancelling this order and ask for refund for which I shall remain thankful to you forever.
Please accept my cancellation and initiate refund as I am in urgent need of money at this time.
