I placed an order on 30th dec 2024. I messaged them starting 18th Jan. Asking where is my order. They said I will receive within 1 week. After 2 weeks on 4th Feb they said offered me a store credit or 2 weeks.. I dont think they even started on my order. On 12th when they had nothing to show, they said they will process my refund within 3-5 working days. Today on 18th Feb, they have curtly replied that they will inform when they process.
I've been cheated and they are perfect fraudsters!! Hope others dont fall into this trap. Was cheated of 7700 Was this information helpful? |
